How long does it typically take to get a response?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours. For faster support, we recommend joining our Discord server and opening a ticket there, as our staff team monitors Discord more frequently than email.

I'm having technical issues with the server. What information should I provide?

When reporting technical issues, please include:

  • Your Minecraft username
  • The time when the issue occurred
  • A detailed description of what happened
  • Any error messages you received
  • Steps to reproduce the issue (if possible)
  • Screenshots or video (if available)
How do I report a player breaking the rules?

There are several ways to report rule violations:

  1. In-game: Use the /report [player] [reason] command
  2. Discord: Open a ticket in the #report-player channel
  3. Contact form: Select "Player Report" as the subject and include all relevant details

Please include the player's name, the date and time of the incident, a description of what happened, and any evidence you may have (screenshots, videos, etc.).

I'd like to suggest a new feature for the server. How can I do that?

We love hearing your suggestions! The best ways to submit feature ideas are:

  • Use this contact form and select "Suggestion" as the subject
  • Post in the #suggestions channel on our Discord server
  • Use the /suggest command in-game

How can I apply to join the staff team?

We're always looking for dedicated players to join our staff team! To apply, visit our Staff Application page for the application form and requirements.

Basic requirements include being at least 16 years old, having played on the server for at least 1 month, and having no previous rule violations. We also look for maturity, responsibility, and a genuine desire to help the community.
